Coffee is the one thing I has found almost everyone to be individuals in. Sure we are all coffee drinkers so in essence like-minded but its how we have our coffee that makes us individuals. From your bone dry cappuccino to to your double shot decaf soy mochaccinos with only half the amount of chocolate (in takeaway cup). I love this fact, the fact that there is something about coffee that stirs even the most unassuming, inconspicuous person into a heretic. I am a self taught barista with a few years behind (and in front of) coffee machines so I have had my fair share of coffees sent back by heretics but I have also been told by a grandma that I make a mean (good) coffee (probably one of the best compliments I have ever got…). So it is with that, we were walking around Rome that the idea of likemindedindivduals was born. With a few coffees and a few conversations later I got some thing up and running.
